You may return most new, unopened items within
14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Buyer pays return shipping

You should expect to receive your store credit or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, please fill out the  Contact Us form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All shipment are made f.o.b. carrier at the point shown herein or in accompanying documents. Title and all risks of loss or damage to the goods will pass to the Purchaser upon delivery to carrier.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Marchal's Designs, LLC, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. In addition, for the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be removed from your product refund.

  If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must take this up with the Postal Carrier you have chosen. Marchal's Designs, LLC does not hold responsibility for package that shows complete delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Marchal's Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Marchal's Designs, LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
